I do not use generative AI in my practice in any capacity, including brainstorming, editing, or creating written content for my website, emails, or text correspondence. The root of holistic health is integration, which requires ongoing outward alignment with one's personal values (ie, acting with integrity). I endeavor to relate to my clients authentically in order to create a safe space for growth and healing, and to practice what I preach. At best, using AI creates a disconnect between one's internal self and one's external representation (dis-integration), and at worst, it is misleading and manipulative. I invite you to be aware, curious, and discerning about who you choose to receive care and support from, and how you represent yourself in the world.
